This Store Policy explains the terms that apply when you place an order using the Carrie Wild - Wildworks website.
Intellectual Property of Purchased Artwork
Carrie Wild retains all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights to purchased artwork. Any rights to reproduce or commercially exploit purchased artwork shall remain the exclusive property of Carrie Wild.
Artwork Images and Descriptions
All images and descriptions of artwork are intended to be as accurate as possible.
Given the inherent differences in the color accuracy and calibration of device screens, please note that it is possible that your device screen may not accurately display the real-life colors of the artworks included on this website.
There may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the website at any time, without prior notice.
All prices and shipping costs listed on this website are in US dollars.
We use PayPal as our payment processor to securely handle the shopping cart and checkout process for online orders. You do not need to have or create a PayPal account in order to place an order. PayPal will allow you to checkout as a guest using your credit or debit card.
The shipping costs for artworks are listed on their product pages.
Shipping is only available to addresses within the United States or Canada.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. When your order has shipped, Carrie will email a tracking number to you.
Free pickup of orders is available at Art IN Hand Gallery, 211 S. Main Street, Zionsville, IN 46077. If you add a note during checkout that you’ll pick up your order, Carrie will refund your shipping charges and email you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Orders shipped or picked up within the state of Indiana are charged 7% state sales tax.
All purchases of artwork are consider final, and artwork may not be returned or exchanged. The only exception is for artwork that is damaged during shipping, as explained in the following section.
Damage During Shipping
Orders are packaged securely and insured to cover potential damage or loss during shipping.
Upon delivery of an order, the purchaser should carefully inspect the artwork. If the purchaser believes the artwork to be damaged, the purchaser shall contact Carrie Wild by email within 2 days after delivery with reasonable evidence (such as photographs) of any claimed defect in the artwork, whether arising from damage during shipping or otherwise. Please keep all original packing materials for return shipment of the artwork.
Carrie will respond to the purchaser’s email within 2 business days with instructions regarding the potential return, repair, replacement, or exchange of the artwork. Please do not return artwork until and unless you have received express approval and instructions from Carrie to do so.
